3 Birthstone Peas In A Pod
So I ordered 3 of these peas in a pod birthstone leaf/birdie items (one for my mom, one for my wife 1 for my mother in law) all ordered within 30 minutes of each other. They've delivered the one for my mother in law but I can't get any information whatsoever on the 1st and 2nd order which would is for my wife and my mom! How is it that they've delivered the last order but they can not give me ANY information OR bother to respond back to emails about the 1st/2nd orders!!!! What they've in effect done is ensure that the mother in law got her gift before wife and my mom. Anyone that has a wife who does not get along with her mother knows that's gonna cause a whole bunch of problems whennshe calls on Mother's Day (in 2 days, these were ordered early last month) thank you violet fox! You guys suck, once I get my merchandise from you if I ever get it, I will never ever order anything else from you and anyone who asks me about it I will highly recommend they go some other place your customer service is atrocious your feedback of 72 hours O hahaha that's a joke. Shame Shame Shame

The ordering of it was easy as it can get since all online ordering is about the same, however once you have paid kiss you sweet money good bye being as you will not hear from them again. Only way to contact them is by email that they will not respond to. Sent a simple question of what is my tracking number 2 weeks ago and still no response. You would think that would be simple, guess that is too much to ask for. Here it is 30 days later no product and no communication from them still. Bad Bad Business!!! Stay away.
Do not buy from this company. Worst customer service ever. I ordered the pear and wood teardrop necklace for a birthday gift. 25 days later and many emails no product. I emailed PayPal and better business bureau. Got an email from my PayPal account saying it would be delivered sept 17. The tracking number shows it delivered to
