I ordered some cigars on April 17th. By April 20th, I had not received shipping notification, so I reached out to them. The told me that they have to cancel my order and I should expect a refund in 2-3 days. I asked about substitutions, etc, but they had nothing to offer. Just a big ol' NO. I have spent nearly $10,000 with them over the years. Crappy service, decent prices.

I bought several men's and women's shirts.
l needed to return some product. I was told that returns go to China and that I would have to pay the shipping charge. The charge would have been $75 to ship $100 worth of product. This is NOT a viable return strategy. Once you pay and receive the product it isn't going back. This company should allow returns to the USA.

I'm a video game fanatic and a collector of video game merchandise. I ordered the 24k dragon lore jade karambit and the 24k gold howl M9 bayonet knives from the Elemental Knives online store. I'm impressed by how fast shipping and delivery were done. The knives arrived earlier than expected, thumbs up Elemental Knives! The knives I received are really nice, quality build, and came with a cleaning cloth. Warning: Knives are sharp even if they look like display pieces, I had to go to the hospital for stitches after slicing my thumb deep. I definitely will be ordering the other knives on the Elemental Knives collection.
One request to Elemental Knives; can you guys add something to the sheathe that I can attach my belt to?
