Chocolates gift basket
Poor and Unresponsive Customer Service.
We purchased a chocolate gift box from this company. The order was delivered on time and the chocolates appeared fine, which was great, but the gift box was completely damaged (torn/ripped, pushed in/dented) and we couldn’t give the items away in the box and needed to repackage everything in something else. We contacted the company by email twice. We called and the operator hung up, just shortly into the call when information was being provided. We then completed the customer service survey that was offered for follow up and haven’t heard back. Their chat feature was also never working. This is all after a month of contacting them. We were extremely polite, understanding, and clear in each communication. We had higher hopes, but unfortunately don’t recommend this company.
Buyer beware that if you have any issues with your order, it won’t get resolved.
