Recent order delay
I recently ordered something from this company, and I gotta say, I'm super let down by how they've been handling things. The website FAQ says orders usually take 1-5 days to process, but it's been over 9 days with no updates. I get that delays happen, but it's really bothering me that they're not keeping me in the loop. I've sent a bunch of emails asking about my order, and haven't heard back from them at all, even when they should be open. It's frustrating to feel like they're not listening to me or giving me any info. My whole experience with them has been pretty disappointing, so I'd advise others to think twice before ordering from them.
