Service several times and they are very nice but I seem to be no closer to receiving my order. My last email received an automated reply “due to high volume of activity” and it would likely not be more than 3 days to receive a reply from customer service. I just want my order or an honest answer as to when it might arrive. I placed the order Nov. 9th.
