Same complaints as others preordered my item in April 2022 for items and still haven't received anything or any response. Nor can I cancel my orders. they have no customer support or options to cancel items.
Do not use them, I am $600 in the hole with them. Go to funko directly or another company, BIG APPLE COLLECTIBLES CAN NOT BE TRUSTED. unless they contact me this review will stay active.
