One item
I gotta say, this whole situation is just a mess. I ordered something on 09/09, but only got one item instead of everything I paid for. I've been trying to get in touch with them by leaving voice messages, but haven't heard back at all. I even had to get PayPal to step in and open a case, but they're still not responding. It's really frustrating how they're not communicating or giving any kind of customer service. It's just not right.
