First time customer, Nannybag provider
I was really excited to try out this new service called Nannybag where you can store your bags while you're out and about. The owner seemed a little confused at first and had to look up Nannybags online, but he was really friendly and took our bags in. When we returned later, he had gotten things sorted out and found the emails from Nannybags. It was our first time using the service with him, so we were all learning together. He didn't speak much English, so we had to rely on Google Translate, but everything ended up working out in the end!
