Dresses and jeans
Nope, they are NOT a legit company. I placed an order in early March and it is currently the end of May and I am still dealing with this problem. Bought several dresses and a pair of jeans. Jeans came promptly and were cheap-feeling, so I returned them. A month later I still had no other part of my order. I e-mailed and heard nothing back, so I started posting on their instagram and promptly got a reply. I was told my items would be shipping shortly and several weeks later, still nothing. I told them I wanted a refund at this point, and shockingly my items magically shipped (still a week later, when I was told it would be sooner). So at this point, we’re talking two months from the order date. I finally get a shipment notification email, and it is STILL NOT FOR MY FULL ORDER. I receive some of my dresses, but will not do business with them out of principle and I return them. After going back and forth with customer service, they finally ship my missing item. When I receive the dress…it’s the wrong one. At this point I had to laugh. I start scrolling their instagram account because they seemingly keep a close eye on it. You will notice there are barely any comments and I found out why. When someone posted in the comments asking whether or not she should trust them company, I responded back saying I order things months ago and have not yet received them. THEY DELETED MY COMMENT. I was then told it was deleted because it wasn’t relevant to the post. Wonder how many other comments they deleted. Still waiting on my refund. Don’t do business with them, they are incredibly shady.
