I needed a Tissot watch strap that was tough to track down anywhere else, so I decided to give this shop a shot. I was pleasantly surprised that everything went without a hitch, even though there was a bit of a wait. The strap came in perfect condition, so I'm happy with my buy.

I'm really upset with the service from this company. I ordered a pair of shoes, and even though they said it was sent through Fedex, it's been weeks and I still haven't gotten them. The tracking number they gave me seems fake because there's no info about the shoes being shipped. And when I try to call them, I never get an answer. This lack of communication and customer service is not okay.
