New lenses for frames
I just sent my frames in to get new lenses put in. At first, the lenses didn't fit right, but the customer service team was quick to take them back and fix them. They kept me in the loop throughout the whole process and answered all my questions promptly. The new lenses turned out great, and I'm really happy with how they look and feel.

Music Memories custom canvas
I got a Music Memories custom canvas as a birthday gift for my friend, and I was pretty happy with it. The canvas was good quality and had a nice, modern design that meant a lot. My friend really liked it and thought it was a cool and considerate gift. However, I was kind of bummed out by the quality of the card that I added to the order. I paid extra for it but it wasn't cut evenly, with a thick white border on one side. The paper felt cheap and the print was faded in the middle. While the card wasn't the main part of the gift, I was hoping for better quality considering what I paid.
