Shoes
I recently bought a pair of shoes from Ortorex and had a great experience. The shoes arrived pretty quickly, especially since I live in a rural area. They looked really nice, but unfortunately, they didn't fit me because my feet are a little wide. So I decided to return them. Instead of making me go through the hassle of sending them back, Ortorex gave me a partial refund and let me keep the shoes. I ended up giving them to a friend who they fit perfectly, and she's been raving about how comfy they are. Overall, I was really happy with the customer service and how they handled everything.
