    01/09/2021 I placed a $190.89

    Negative about the customer service representative. Order submitted. I did not copy order # because written it would be sent to my email address. I received order via email from PayPal. When I did not receive email order from Especially Yours, I logged in to my EY account and the items were in my cart. To ensure no double order, I contacted customer service. I explained my dilemma to ensure no double order. She found my order, then asked me if I was Willie or Velma Smith. I told her that my husband is not a transvestite and yes, I am Velma Smith. My call was immediately transferred to a recording asking me to rate my customer experience. I called back. Spoke to another rep. She informed me that I should call back in 3 hrs if I had not received my email order from EY. I informed her that of the many years of being an EY customer, I never have had this experience. In 3 hrs. I will check my email. If there EY order is there or not, I will no longer buy from EY because of their now, watered down poor service.
