I wasn't too happy with my experience with the trainer. They didn't even show up for our appointment, so I was left waiting without getting any heads up. I had to reach out to customer service through email since there wasn't a phone number to call, and that just made things take even longer to sort out. Eventually, I did get a refund, but I never heard anything about getting a new trainer. This lack of communication and professionalism really let me down and now I'm feeling disappointed and not very trusting of the service.
