Clothing return
I have to admit, I was pretty quick to judge the customer service at this place. I left a negative review at first because I thought they were ignoring my return request. Turns out, they were actually trying to get in touch with me through emails and even gave me a call. The issue was that their messages were ending up in my spam folder. My mistake! Once I realized the mix-up, I could see how much effort they had put in to help me out. So, big apologies to the team at this place for my misunderstanding. They were really patient and understanding, and I'm grateful for that. Lesson learned - always check your spam folder! I'll definitely be back to shop here.
