Rebooking assistance
I was so surprised by how great the service was after my first reservation got messed up. This lady, we'll just call her Deborah, took the time to get in touch with me directly to help me get everything sorted out for my trip. She was super helpful and even gave me her info in case I needed help again in the future. When I called back, she picked up right away and really went out of her way to make sure everything was easy for me when I rebooked. Deborah wasn't just nice and understanding, she really made my whole experience with the company awesome.
