Cancelled service unexpectedly
We just canceled our service with US Cellular after more than 20 years and it was a total nightmare. They are a complete scam - can you believe they won't even prorate your bill if you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle? What a ripoff! We're so happy we switched to T-Mobile, it was the best decision we've ever made!
