Shorts
I bought a pair of shorts from this company not long ago. Sadly, they stopped working and even shocked me after just a month of wearing them. I was really let down by this and decided to contact customer service right away for help. But, I got no response at all, which left me feeling annoyed and worried about the money I paid for those shorts. It was disappointing to get such poor support and follow-up after the great customer service I got when I bought them.

Multiple fast and accurate orders
I've placed a few orders and every time, the service has been outstanding. The website is easy to use, and ordering is fast and efficient.
