Puzzle purchase
This was my first time buying a puzzle from this store and I gotta say, I was pretty let down. It took a whole two weeks for my order to get here, which I think is pretty crappy. But I did like the sweet wooden box that the puzzle came in. The colors were awesome and the puzzle pieces were super unique - definitely stood out.

Defective product under warranty
I recently bought something that ended up being messed up. I did everything I was supposed to - sent them a video of the problem and gave them the broken item. They told me they'd fix it or give me a new one, but when it came back, it was still messed up. And then they wouldn't give me my money back, saying I'd had it too long, even though it was still under warranty. The whole thing took two months, with one month for shipping and another month for the so-called repair. Their customer service was terrible and they wouldn't try to work things out with me. I really don't recommend this company - they care more about your money than getting you a good product or helping you out.
