Long-term user's disappointment
I've been using this writing tool for years, and honestly, it's been a letdown. It does catch some mistakes, but the bad definitely outweighs the good. It's slow, awkward to use, and really just annoying at times. Plus, it sometimes gives wrong information, which is not okay for a grammar tool. And the fact that there aren't many ways to personalize it is a big problem too. Overall, I wouldn't suggest it to anyone who needs a dependable writing helper.
