I had a pretty good experience on Tophatter overall. The customer service was helpful whenever I had any issues with my purchases. Most of my orders also arrived pretty quickly, which I really liked. But there was this one time when a seller had to cancel my order because they ran out of stock. I think Tophatter should do a better job at preventing that from happening, especially by letting customers know right away if their order is cancelled. It was a bummer to wait so long to find out, especially since it was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my daughter. But other than that, my time shopping on Tophatter has been positive.
