BTC and ETH purchase
I have some mixed feelings about my experience with this platform. I do like that I can earn interest in BTC, but I also have some concerns. Every time I buy BTC or ETH, I realize that the price is consistently higher than the spot price, which makes me question if there are hidden fees. Plus, I wish there were more trading features like charting tools and limit orders. It would give me more control over my trades. I'm also unsure if earning interest on BTC balances is worth the risk of not holding my own coins. Lastly, the lack of response from customer service through chat is disappointing and makes me feel like my concerns are not being heard.
