i ordered 2 of these vests, the bullet proof one , and they said due the nature of this item returns are unacceptable, in the manufacturing step , they informed me via the email that one of the vests will take a lil longer than expected and they asked me if that's okay , i answered i can't wait for that one to take longer so they canceled it and returned it's full cost to me, another thing when i was purchasing something happened and it just didn't work , a bit later The CEO himself contacted me and help me finish the Purchase, and they even applied a Cupon after i completely finished the payment , i recommended BulletProof Zone , amazing staff, amazing Products, and im %100 sure that i will order again and again from them , with all love and respect
