I'm dumbfounded. This is hands down the best customer service I've dealt. I've been looking for a pulley that goes along with the spindle assembly. I've used the part number given in my manual, I have ordered 2 from Amazon and the 2nd from MTD. unfortunately both were the wrong sizes. When I contacted MTD for help they refunded my original purchase and told me to keep it... I told then I'd be happy to send it back I have no use for it, they suggested I donate it to a small shop. They next discounted the new part and gave me free overnight delivery. I'm very happy and appreciative for their customer service.
I ordered my parts on 3/15/21 and have yet to receive them. I tried to call several times but was on hold for well over an hour each time. I don't think they planned on ever answering my call. Tried to chat online and once again I was kept waiting for a very long time. If customer service is that busy on the phone and online then I can only assume that they have many unhappy customers. Tried to track my order but didn't get anywhere there either. I guess all I can do is call my credit card company and file a claim with them. Will never order from here again or buy another one of their products.
OMG the customer service is horrible. Plus how can you tell me to take my chainsaw, that is less than 1 year old, to a service dealer, and then deny the warranty, after you told me on the phone that the chainsaw would be fixed under warranty? The only way to get my property back was to pay the man for the work done. This is just bad customer support
Purchased June 17, 2020 Cub Cadet Drive Belt, Blades, and Cover. As of June 24, 2020 order has not shipped, Have tried to call twice to cancel order have been put on for over 45 minutes. I then tried their "CHAT" option and would not work. This company has taken my money, has not given me my product and has not given me a way to get my money returned. So if you have other means to get what you need you need to go elsewhere. I always try to buy products that are oem but this experience makes me wonder about this brand supporting itself.
When making my purchase I thought this was a reputable site. I have nothing positive say to say. Nothing. My order was never acknowledged, shipped nothing. After being on the phone for an hour. An hour. No one answered. So I tried the online agent. 26 in line once I got down 4 it said thanks for contacting us . What a joke. Horrible way to do business. So my order is just sitting there since June 5th. I would not recommend using this website.
