    Loved the flowers and big thank for everything

    I wanted to apologize my girlfriend and that day was her birthday. So i bought the red roses from here. It was one dozen red roses which were really fresh, pretty and overall really good. My girlfriend doesn't like it when flowers die really soon, so for that, we have a vase that the flower factory added in the delivery. She made sure to keep those roses alive as far as she could.
    Also, the gift like the brown bear was so cute, she loves those things too much.
    The quality i like the most, also the price was decent for me. But more then that i like that they are committed to their customers. I bought the flowers a long time ago from different side, and they had the dried and weird smelling flwoers. But this one is good !

    Awful company. ordered upgraded flowers (which were just the basic ones in reality), metallic balloon and chocs. They didn't bother the deliver the balloons or chocolates. Ignored all my emails.

    Hi there, I purchased the deluxe version of the Cosmopolitan range for delivery on 3rd June 2020 to Potomac, Maryland. Delivery was excellent, however, upon receipt of a photograph from the recipients there is a number of differences from your advertising photograph, for example:- there was no purple liatris, no lavender carnations and there was no graphite oval container to give streamlined elegance. There also appeared to be only 18 stems not 20.
    Very disappointed after starting so well.

    Cancelled without notification

    I placed an order for flowers for my mom's 70th birthday and it was cancelled without notification. When I emailed on the day it was meant to be delivered, because it was late, I was told that my order had been cancelled and they claimed to have emailed me on the day of purchase. I showed them a screenshot of my search for this supposed email to prove that it was nonexistent and they continued to stick with their shameful lie. I live 6,000 miles away from my mom and the flowers were meant to be a gesture of love on her birthday. If I had known the order was cancelled in time I could have ordered from another company. I did order from another company but they couldn't deliver until the day after my mom's birthday. I will NEVER order from The Flower Factory again and I want warn any prospective customers to be aware that they could have their orders cancelled without notice.

    Despite a specific request by email and a reply stating my order could be fulfilled The Flower Factory did not send my order. The claim was that you sent me an email saying delivery could not be completed due to the delivery location. No e Mail was received by me & you were not able to send me a copy. What is happening here is that your customer services email is sending automated responses and the initial request is not being read or understood by a human.No satisfactory resolution to the issue that you caused. Service is poor and delivery areas are patchy at best. Avoid using this company they are just yet another internet scam.
