While I've loved the chair for the first nine months or so, the hydraulics gave way in month ten.and Ergoal service—in the past 30 days over multiple emails—refused to respond to the issue. I offered to even pay for the replacement part just to rectify the issue, but still, no response. Hardly the way to conduct business.

Several Boxes bars and bites
We received the bars/bites yesterday and when inspecting the packages, we noticed something very troubling. They state, “…manufactured on equipment that processes Peanuts and Tree Nuts” on the bites boxes. The website states just the opposite for the bars, and we purchased theses bars/bites for our girls who have severe peanut allergies.
We hope there is a reasonable explanation for these misleading statements. To say we are unhappy with your company is an understatement. We do not trust the website nor the packaging labels and thus will be throwing out the entire order. The bars are useless to us and we expect a complete refund immediately.
