Several Boxes bars and bites
We received the bars/bites yesterday and when inspecting the packages, we noticed something very troubling. They state, “…manufactured on equipment that processes Peanuts and Tree Nuts” on the bites boxes. The website states just the opposite for the bars, and we purchased theses bars/bites for our girls who have severe peanut allergies.
We hope there is a reasonable explanation for these misleading statements. To say we are unhappy with your company is an understatement. We do not trust the website nor the packaging labels and thus will be throwing out the entire order. The bars are useless to us and we expect a complete refund immediately.

Terrible company to do business with. Ordered cigars from them and they came stale. It also took 3 weeks to arrive from Pittsburg to Chicago. No telephone number to contact company and they don't respond to emails. BEWARE !!!

Cheap prices and free shipping. I've ordered from them 50 times and have never had a problem. Yeah, sometimes a shipment takes a couple days longer but for free shipping it's worth the wait.

They said they shipped it. in approximately 15 days later it still has not shipped. Submitted complaint to PayPal get money refunded and then finally they shipped it and I received it. Will not order from this place again we had given them one star but it would not let me

Red laser sight for Hellcat
Laser appears to be okay but recoil ejects it from the pistol. I have tightened it a couple time with no better result. Tried calling with no result and email has remained unanswered after 10 days. customer service sucks

delivery was bad also did nothing for meDidn’t do a think for my wife or me. After first order ran out before we got replacement shipment. When I decide to quit it, still had enough to keep my wife going with it, but if I didn’t cancel, we would have been out for 3 weeks. They charged my account on the 8th didn’t receive product until the 28th. Rip off, poor customer service, hard to talk to a human. Spend your money elsewhere, you’ll be glad you did.

Despite a specific request by email and a reply stating my order could be fulfilled The Flower Factory did not send my order. The claim was that you sent me an email saying delivery could not be completed due to the delivery location. No e Mail was received by me & you were not able to send me a copy. What is happening here is that your customer services email is sending automated responses and the initial request is not being read or understood by a human.No satisfactory resolution to the issue that you caused. Service is poor and delivery areas are patchy at best. Avoid using this company they are just yet another internet scam.
