Doula certification
The modules gave us a lot of good info, but they could've used some interactive stuff or videos. I did pick up some new stuff that wasn't in our in-person training before.
Certification course selection and study experience
I gotta say, going through the whole course selection and certification process was pretty smooth and got the job done. Everything was laid out nicely and easy to understand, so I didn't have any trouble keeping up with the info. But man, I really wish there was a way to check out the course stuff online even after finishing it, you know, for a refresher. And another thing, I didn't get any email reminders about my certifications, which kinda sucked. It would be awesome to have some sort of reminder system set up to make sure I don't miss any certification deadlines.
