Car rental experience
My experience with the car rental was okay, but there were some areas that definitely could use some improvement. The communication about the pick-up process was kind of lacking. When I got to the spot where I was supposed to pick up the car, there was nobody there to help me out. And on top of that, there was no internet connection, so I couldn't even find out where the car was parked in the lot. Because of this, I had to spend extra money calling them to figure out what to do.
Car rental in Montenegro
I just booked a car for a ride in Montenegro with this company and it was such a smooth experience. The staff was super helpful throughout the whole process, from booking to returning the car. The car was in excellent condition and really added to my trip. I will definitely use this company again in the future. I highly recommend them!
