This company was terrible, so to keep my business they promised me free programs with complete access to the tools and certificates, then did not follow through with it, repeatedly scammed me, and continued to charge me after I cancelled, claiming I “never cancelled.”
Naturally, I didn’t have proof of cancellation because I deleted everything once the next months billing date passed. However, another month later, I was charged on a random day, and my account was magically active again (after I previously verified it was inactive.)
I have never been so rude and irate with a company over the phone before. This did not make me feel good, but this company is obviously a scam.
I gave two stars because it was the lowest option.Book keeping course
Oh how i wish I had looked into this company more instead of reading their fake reviews on Facebook. They took my money like everyone else’s. I did not agree to purchasing yet they charged me for clicking on their site. Bombard you with emails but refuse to give your money back. It’s not a refund because you didn’t actually agree to purchase. These people are liars, cheats and will do anything to keep your money. I wish I could leave ZERO stars.
