It use to be simple to order something. Now it's a bait and switch on everything. Shipping in many cases is more than the product and you don't know what it is per item. Their discounts are fake. Returns are impossible and cost more than the item bought. I WILL NEVER GET ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN AND ADISE YOU TO NEVER USE THEM EITHER. NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM AND THIS REVIEW WILL PROBABLY NEVER GET PUBLISHED. THEY CAN'T BE TRUSTED !

Temu frequently has deals- of you buy so much, you'll get credit or money back. I've bought frequently from Temu, mostly beads, and have had many good experiences. But today, they offered about $210 in cash, if I ordered a certain amount. After 5 orders, I got a popup saying if I ordered $5 more, I'd get a $210 cash deposit in my PayPal account. There were 3 more messages after the next 3 orders saying I was only $.50 away. How can that be? I'd order $5 to $15 every time. That's mathematically impossible! I called their customer service to cancel my 6 orders all at once, as I just ordered. Within 15 minutes. Sorry, they couldn't do that. I've ordered a lot of items over the last 2 years, a bunch of money. I called PayPal and bank and blocked payment to Temu. It would've taken very little time for Temu to cancel my orders, but I had to cancel order by order using multiple screens. I only order using PayPal, they were a great help!

Right when I opened the box I knew they nailed it — stuff looked just like the pics and the party recently came together. Shipping was fast, honestly, returns were painless too, way better than some other retailers I've used.
