I had a really great experience with the customer service rep Maria. She was so helpful and really knew her stuff. She even went the extra mile by catching a possible scam and thinking outside the box. Her service was top-notch and really made my whole experience awesome.
Hosting plan purchase
I had a really great experience with One's customer service team. I just got a new hosting plan and needed some help getting my website up and running. The person I talked to, Michaela, was super helpful and really knew her stuff. She took the time to guide me through each step and made sure I grasped everything before we moved on. I was really impressed by how well she could break down tricky technical stuff so I could get it. It's obvious she really knows her stuff.
Exceptional customer support
The customer support at One is amazing. I've had a lot of issues with my website, but every time, they respond quickly and fix the problem efficiently. Even when I said they could just reset everything and start over, they wanted to make sure it was fixed for me. They were not only helpful and friendly throughout the whole process, but they also thanked me for being patient multiple times, which was a nice surprise. Their service and dedication are really impressive. As someone with multiple websites, having this kind of support is so valuable. My clients are happy with the fast solutions, and I can't thank the support team enough for all their help.
Website hosting for 16 years
I've been using this website hosting service for what seems like forever. I recently retired and decided to get rid of my old website, but I have to admit, I've been pretty happy with their service for the past 16 years. I used to use my own software to build my site, and it was easy to update and upload every time. The stats they provided about my site's visits were pretty cool and I found them helpful to see who was checking out my stuff. Their management tools were also really useful to keep everything in order. The only downside was that they kept raising the fees every year, which was kind of annoying. But I suppose that's just how these hosting sites operate. Whenever I had a question, they were always quick to respond and very helpful. All in all, it's been a pretty good experience with this website hosting service!
