How to reset your password

Many people use different passwords for the many online platforms they visit each day. It’s common to forget which password you used. If you forget or need to change your password on US-Reviews, follow these steps.

Change Your Password

If you remember your current password and want to update it, do the following:

  1. Access Your Account:

    • Go to US-Reviews and click 'Log in' at the top right corner.

  2. Navigate to Settings:

    • Hover over your user icon at the top right corner and select 'My settings' from the dropdown menu.

  3. Change Your Password:

    • In the 'Change password' section, enter your current password and your new password (enter it twice to confirm).
    • Click 'Change password' to save the update.

Reset Your Password

If you’ve forgotten your password, follow our new login procedure:

  1. New Login Procedure:

    • Our system now sends you a unique four-digit verification code each time you log in, replacing the old password method.

  2. Enhanced Security:

    • This reduces problems with forgotten passwords and adds extra security to your account.
