I had a pretty crappy experience with this service recently. They went ahead and charged my credit card without even asking me, plus they didn't bother mentioning the extra $7.99 per reservation fee. Like I get that businesses gotta make money, but I expect them to be upfront and keep it real with me about costs. The lack of communication and those surprise charges really got me annoyed and let down. So I decided to just cancel my reservations and went straight to booking with the hotel instead. And you know what? It was a way better experience.
Room reservation prepayment issue
I had a pretty bad experience with this company recently. I booked a room and got charged upfront, which I didn't know about. When I found out, I canceled right away and was told I'd get all my money back. But when the refund hit my account, it was only half of what I paid in advance.
Efficient reservation process
Making a reservation was a breeze! The website was super easy to use, showing all the prices right up front. I didn't have to deal with any hidden fees or extra steps to finish booking, so everything went smoothly. I really liked how simple and clear the booking system was, it gave me peace of mind when choosing this service.
Booking experience
At first, I was pretty happy with the customer service I got from Solome. She was really helpful and patient when I was booking. But then I found out that the service charges me instead of the hotel, which doesn't seem right. It kind of turned me off. Even though Solome was great, I probably won't use this service again because of that.
Quick booking for upcoming trip
I just booked a hotel through this service for an upcoming trip, and I have to say I was really disappointed. The person I talked to was nice at first, helped me find a hotel in the area I was going to, but when I got there, it was a whole different story. The hotel was super old and looked like it hadn't been taken care of, my room smelled awful and gave me a headache right away. It seemed like they didn't even bother to check the reviews to let me know what the place was like. I definitely wouldn't suggest that hotel to anyone, for any reason.
Excellent customer service experience
I gotta tell ya, I recently had the pleasure of meeting this amazing staff member who totally knocked it out of the park with their customer service skills. Jennifer seriously went above and beyond to make sure my stay was absolutely top-notch. Her attention to detail and eagerness to help out with anything I needed really made my trip stand out. I can't praise Jennifer enough for her professionalism and commitment to giving outstanding service.

If remove some issues during starting month of pandemic days ,no issues so far Best pricing and best accomodations not only in Europe also Middle East and Asia London Milan Singapore Beijing and Sydney These are my locations Maximum six days or minimum two days I choose due to my own work schedules
If talk about Air fare transportation and accommodations ,never find quality issues My best observation of services when one or two times visits in groups for my own enjoyments World class arrangement under affordable pricing
