A trusted brand
Good airlines but not even better in my view Right from ticket bookings to boarding off I travel as I am a small businessman and by nature just wish to reach destinations on time So hardly care what and how they are performing I did faced any issues in services ,flight seats ,foods or entertainment provisions but as shared I had no issue any time of traveling so fine.
One more important thing ,I have traveled through sixteen world class airlines all over Europe and big part of Asian countries Out of which fourth percent journey through Vueling Airlines
Pricing is good not harder but in comparison of provided provisions this should be little low.Online ticket purchase
Everything went really smoothly! I had no issues buying my ticket online or checking in. It was super easy! I also decided to pay for my baggage ahead of time, which turned out to be a good idea because it wasn't as expensive as with other airlines. At the airport, things were a breeze. There was no line at check-in, and all the airport and plane crew were super nice and helpful.
Flight experience
Man, I was so scared to fly, but I took this really cheap flight and it was actually amazing! We checked in online, breezed through security, hopped on the plane real quick cause we paid for our seats, and the staff was super nice. The flight was smooth and we landed right on time. It was awesome!
Flight experience from Amsterdam to Barcelona
The flight I took from Amsterdam to Barcelona was a total letdown because of the terrible customer service. I got to the airport right on time, but there wasn't anyone at the check-in counter, even though the gate was still open. A security guard told me the gate was closed, and when I tried to call customer service for help, there was nobody there to pick up. The next day, when I finally got through to a representative, they didn't offer any real help and just told me to take a survey. The airline's lack of responsibility and support was really irritating and just not okay.
Denied boarding experience
My recent experience with the airline was really disappointing. I showed up at the airport with all my paperwork ready, but they wouldn't let me board without even explaining why. The lack of communication and help from the airline was super frustrating. No matter how many times I tried to get in touch with customer service, I couldn't talk to a real person, which just made me even more frustrated. It was tough to see that they were just passing the buck to some other "handling companies" instead of taking responsibility themselves. All in all, I was pretty shocked and upset by the way the airline treated me - it felt like they didn't care about their customers at all.
Priority boarding rip-off
I can't believe the nerve of this airline trying to charge more for priority boarding when they don't even follow through! My whole experience with them was a total joke - they gathered us all in a waiting room before boarding, then made us wait for 30 minutes before starting to board. And when we finally did board, it was a free-for-all with no order at all. Such a rip-off!
Delayed luggage mishap
I had the worst luck when my luggage went missing for three whole days during a one-hour layover on my flight with this airline. I tried to get some compensation, but they only wanted to give me 30% of what my stuff was worth. And I couldn't even talk to a real person about it - just a chatbot or customer service rep. I ended up losing money because of their mistake, so I definitely recommend against checking bags with this airline if you actually want to see your stuff again or get any decent compensation.
Flight cancellation to Paris
I had a really bad experience with this company. They ended up cancelling my flight to Paris at the last minute and gave me a different reason for the delay than what really happened. It caused a huge headache for me and messed up all my travel arrangements. The fact that they weren't honest about it is just not cool. I would definitely recommend not booking a flight with them.
Nightmare customer service experience
I tried to contact customer service for help and it was so frustrating. Every option I picked when calling just led me in circles and I kept hearing the same recorded message. It's like they don't even care about talking to us customers! And then their email response was just as bad. It's really disappointing that a company can have such terrible customer service. I'd say it's best to steer clear of them completely.
