    I recently bought this software, and I have to say, it's way better than similar ones out there. It's pretty user-friendly, so that's a win. But here's the catch - it kept corrupting my files when I tried to save them. I reached out to their tech support, and they were really nice about it. They suggested I uninstall and repair the software, which actually worked for a bit. The downside? I ended up losing around 10 hours of work because of this glitch, and I had to start from scratch. My advice? Test this thing out thoroughly before diving into big projects, save your files multiple times, and make sure everything runs smoothly without constant fixes. The software does have potential, but it's got some bugs to work out.

    My experience with the customer service at this place was fantastic. Mia really came through for me when I had a billing issue, she fixed it right away and even gave me an extension on my subscription. Then Jake took over and walked me through activating my subscription, despite all the different windows and me being confused. Both Mia and Jake really knew their stuff and did an awesome job, going above and beyond to help me out. This is what good customer service is all about – quick, helpful, and focused on making sure the customer is taken care of.

    I wanted to share my recent experience with customer service. I had a problem with my software and Jake, the rep I spoke with, was really great. He was super patient and helpful, and he gave me really clear instructions on how to fix the issue. A couple of weeks ago, someone told me to delete and reupload the software using a link they sent me, but when I tried, it asked me to pay for the software all over again. Jake didn't give up though, he stuck with me on the phone and walked me through the problem until we got it sorted out.

I really liked using the chat to talk to customer service, and Jessie was super friendly, quick, and knew their stuff. All in all, I'm happy with how everything turned out and the product I got.

    App for document scanning and editing

    I really like this app because it has everything I need for a good price. The OCR feature works great, and the layout is easy to use. I appreciate the tools like whiteout and reordering pages. The DOC conversion could use some improvement, but there are free alternatives out there to consider.

    Yummy soda!

    I was all excited to try out this new soda, you know? But then I had to shell out extra cash for a bottle opener, which was pretty odd, if you ask me. And then when I finally took a sip, it was just meh, nothing to write home about. I'm cool with paying for things, but I don't like feeling like I got played, you feel me? When I tried to get my money back, it was all automated responses. Not cool at all, dude.
