Land Rover parts
I've bought Land Rover parts from this company a bunch of times in the past, and every time I've been happy with the whole process. They always get my orders right and ship them out quickly, which is super important for me since I need those parts for my car. I like that they have a good variety of high-quality products and don't sell any cheap knockoffs. Sure, I've found better prices elsewhere sometimes, but I think the prices here are fair for the real deal products they sell. Land Rover parts can be pretty pricey, so I trust this company to give me the genuine stuff without breaking the bank.
Trailer wiring harness purchase
I recently bought a trailer wiring harness from an online store, and I have to say I was really let down. The plugs for my vehicle were fine, but the 7 pin/4 pin plug for the trailer didn't fit in the bumper hole like it was supposed to. When I told the seller about this issue, they just brushed it off, saying the screws provided should work because the holes were threaded, which wasn't true at all. The videos and instructions they gave didn't help much either. In the end, I had to buy the OEM harness to fix everything, wasting time and money. It's pretty clear that the people at this store don't know enough to help customers with their specific vehicle needs. I wouldn't recommend buying auto parts from this store because of the inaccurate info and bad customer service.
