My recent experience renting a car was pretty disappointing. I had to wait for over an hour and a half to get the rental, only to find out it had a cracked windshield, some bad scratches, and a half-eaten box of chicken in the backseat. The smell of cigarettes was overpowering, which was concerning because I had my young child with me. On top of that, the rear windows were tinted so dark that my daughter looked like a shadow when I tried to check on her through the rearview mirror. It was totally unacceptable and frustrating. Needless to say, I won't be renting from that place again in the future.
Car rental experience in Houston
My time with the car rental place in Houston was pretty bad. The shuttle took forever to show up, the car was beat up and reeked of something illegal, and checking in was a pain and took way too long. When I tried to bring the car back, they charged my credit card for stuff I didn't okay, and they couldn't fix it.
Car rental experience
My time at this rental spot was awesome. The folks there, especially Ms. KT, were really nice, helpful, and on top of things. It's key to have your insurance info and declaration page handy to prove you've got coverage before you get there. If not, you'll have to give your insurance a ring to get the details. Also, the shuttle they offer to and from the airport was super convenient.
Vehicle rental with Apple Play connectivity issue
I rented a car from a spot outside the airport in Salt Lake City, and when I got it, I had trouble getting my iPhone to hook up to Apple Play. I like to keep things simple when I'm driving, so having Apple Play working right is important to me. Luckily, Angel, one of the folks at the rental spot, was super helpful in setting up Apple Play and making sure it worked smoothly with my phone. I was really grateful for Angel's help and how quickly and professionally he fixed the problem.
Loved it
The renting car from here is so easy and hassle-free. My friends and i was looking for something like that for our trip and thats how we found it after contacting the team, they asked us a few questions and details. They quoted the price and we fin dit comfortable. However, we got a discount too so it was quite useful the renting car was good idea for us. They arranged everything for us and also it was fun too more than that, the experience was safe and comfortable for us. als thanks to the team, we got the best from it
