I recently bought brake rotors and brake pads from this company as a customer. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't great. The rotors I got were defective, and once I put them on my car, I could tell something was wrong. When I tried to get a refund, they told me they don't do refunds for defective parts. It's crazy to think customers should have to take possibly messed-up parts to a shop to check them out. Also, the brake pads I got were super loud, which made driving not fun at all. Bottom line, I'd recommend others stay away from this company.
Warped rotors, Return issues
I recently bought some rotors from this company but they were messed up as soon as I opened the box. When I tried to return them, they said I needed to get my brakes checked out by Firestone or Pep Boys, but none of the places I went had the right equipment. So, I just got some new rotors from a different store and they've been working great. I even offered to show them my receipt for the new ones, but still had trouble with the return. I'll definitely be looking for somewhere else to shop in the future, so I don't have to deal with this again.
