Sterling Silver earrings, rings, bracelets, personalized bracelets for Mother's Day, and solid butterfly bracelets
I've been really impressed with the jewelry I got from this company. Even with everything going on, my orders came super fast. The customer service team was always there for me, even in the middle of the night when I couldn't sleep. The Mother's Day bracelets I got were a big hit, and the sterling silver pieces are so pretty and strong. I'm especially loving the butterfly bracelets I got for me and my daughter, they're really something. And the jewelry boxes that come with each piece are a nice touch and make it easy to store everything. I definitely recommend this company if you want top-notch jewelry and great customer service.
Jewelry purchase
Even though I was a bit worried after seeing some bad reviews, my first time buying from this company turned out to be pretty good. My jewelry order came with some pieces missing, and I had a hard time getting a hold of customer service at first. But after leaving a voicemail and sending an email, I got an email back and a call too. They not only said sorry for the mix-up, but they also took quick steps to fix it and sent me the missing pieces right away. It's nice to see a company that sticks to their promise and cares about their customers' satisfaction.
3 piece set of ankle bracelets and 3 piece heart bracelet with crystals
I got my order of ankle and heart bracelets and was so happy with the quality for such a cheap price! The delivery came super quick and I liked getting updates on where my order was at. Some people might say the jewelry isn't for everyday use, but for what you pay, it's a great deal. If you want top-notch jewelry, better head to a fancy store instead!
Two bracelets
I got two bracelets from this place because their website had glowing reviews. But man, when I got them, they were total garbage. Not what I was expecting at all. I hit up customer service about it, and they said they could either give me new ones or give me a refund. But they wanted me to shell out for the shipping. They were sketchy about how much it would cost, so I was hesitant to go through with it. I ain't gonna pay more for junky stuff. And then, when I tried to vent on social media, they straight-up blocked me. This company doesn't deserve the 5 stars they claim to have.
Overpriced item
I ordered this super expensive thing back in December, and like, now it's June and I still haven't gotten it. Every time I bug customer service about it, they just blame it on the mail service in my area. Like, really? This whole thing is a total joke, just a big ol' scam! I'm so not ever shopping here again.
Motorcycle stand
The product I got from this store was nothing like what they showed. I thought I was getting a tough motorcycle stand, but all I got was a wimpy piece of plastic that couldn't hold anything heavier than a roller skate. When I tried to talk to the seller about it, they said I could get my money back, but I'd have to send it back to China and pay $20 for shipping. It seems like they're hoping that having to go through all that trouble will make me just give up and keep the junk. It's a total rip-off and I really don't recommend buying from this place.
3 Christmas gifts
I bought three Christmas gifts from this store, but they never showed up. I got order numbers and everything, but the items never made it to me. It was so stressful because I had to scramble to buy substitute gifts, which was not in my budget. This whole situation was a letdown and so aggravating. I wouldn't suggest shopping at this store.
Custom jewelry purchase
I just bought some custom jewelry from this store and honestly, I was pretty disappointed. I made sure to order it way ahead of time, but it still hasn't shown up by the expected delivery date. Not being able to keep track of my order and the lack of communication has left me feeling really frustrated and not too happy. When I'm a customer, I expect good and fast service, but unfortunately, I didn't get that this time.
White rose bracelet purchase
I bought a white rose bracelet to give as a gift, but man, was I let down by the quality. The elastic was so flimsy that it straight-up snapped before I even got it on my wrist. The craftsmanship was just plain bad, not at all worth what I paid for it. I tried to talk to them about it, and at first, they responded quickly and offered to refund me or swap out the busted bracelet. But as soon as I hinted at leaving a bad review or taking it up with my credit card company, they ghosted me. I ended up reporting them to the BBB in Florida for being unprofessional and selling crappy products.
Tree of Life necklace for Mother's Day
I got a Tree of Life necklace for my mom's Mother's Day present, but man, it didn't show up until the end of June! I tried calling a bunch of times to check on the order, but the customer service was no help at all, and the phone kept cutting me off. Definitely not happy with how it all went down.
Waist trainers
I bought a waist trainer from this company about two weeks ago and I still haven't gotten it. The tracking number hasn't shown any updates for 14 days, and I haven't heard back from them after sending an email. It's really annoying to keep getting emails from them about buying more stuff when I haven't even gotten my first order yet. I'm super disappointed with how they're not communicating and how long it's taking to ship my item.
Mother's Day gift order
I ordered a Mother's Day gift, expecting it to arrive on time, but I haven't heard a thing about it. I've emailed, chatted, and called customer service multiple times, but still no answers. With Mother's Day just around the corner, this whole situation has left me incredibly frustrated and disappointed.
Item not as described
I bought something from this company and got the wrong thing. The seller won't help me fix it and neither will PayPal. They won't even pay for the return shipping, which is almost as much as what I bought. It's frustrating that PayPal lets scammers like this use their service. Now I don't trust the seller or PayPal.

I just bought something from this company thinking I'd get a Gold Ball Rhinestone Pendant Necklace Gift Set Bundle. But nope, what I got was two earrings and three really cheap bracelets. I contacted customer service to fix the mistake, and they sent me two more earrings and three more cheap bracelets, but the necklace was still nowhere to be found. The stuff I did get wasn't great quality, so now I'm not sure if it's even worth it to keep trying to get that missing necklace. Overall, my experience with this company was a letdown, to put it mildly.
