Car speaker purchase
I recently bought some car speakers from this company. I put in my car's info on their site to make sure I was getting the right size speakers. But when the speakers came, they didn't fit my car at all. The site said 6 1/2 inch speakers would work, but I actually needed 8 inches. I sent the speakers back, but had to pay for return shipping, which got taken out of my refund. Super frustrating since it wasn't my fault, but I had to pay for it. Next time, I'm going with a local company to avoid this mess.

Two bracelets
I got two bracelets from this place because their website had glowing reviews. But man, when I got them, they were total garbage. Not what I was expecting at all. I hit up customer service about it, and they said they could either give me new ones or give me a refund. But they wanted me to shell out for the shipping. They were sketchy about how much it would cost, so I was hesitant to go through with it. I ain't gonna pay more for junky stuff. And then, when I tried to vent on social media, they straight-up blocked me. This company doesn't deserve the 5 stars they claim to have.

Online order of defective room fragrance
So I went to this store thinking it was gonna be all zen and chill, but boy was I wrong. I ordered something online and when it arrived, the room fragrance I got was leaking all over the place. I tried to get a return label online and reached out to customer service, but they ghosted me. The website said I could return online orders in-store, so I went there. Two employees said it could be done, but then they hit me with the "oh, you still gotta pay first." So I did, went back a few days later, and guess what? Another employee said nah, can't return online orders in-store. Plus, where's that gift they promised to make up for the hassle? Talk about giving me the runaround and false hope. So annoying.

Fresh beef purchase
I just bought some fresh beef from Agridime and it was really good! The meat was flavorful, tender, and even better than I expected. They did a great job with the packaging too - it kept the meat fresh while it was being shipped. I like that they get their meat directly from farms in the USA and that it's all USDA inspected and certified. The customer service team was awesome too - they helped me out with all my questions and made the ordering process easy. Overall, I had a great experience with Agridime and I'll definitely be buying from them again.
