Online cookie order
I recently bought some cookies online as gifts for the holidays, a tradition I've been doing for over six years now. But this time around, I had a pretty disappointing experience with their customer service. After I placed my order, I realized I wanted to cancel it and get something else instead. I tried reaching out to their customer service for help, but even after multiple tries, I never got a cancellation email. The person I talked to, Anna from the NJ location, wasn't very helpful at all and was pretty rude in her response. She wouldn't connect me with someone else and left me feeling frustrated with no solution in sight. This whole ordeal has definitely made me think twice about ordering from them again in the future. Hopefully, they can fix the issue with their staff so they don't end up losing more customers.
A Sweet Experience with David's Cookies
I recently had the pleasure of trying David's Cookies for the first time and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The cookies arrived fresh and were absolutely delicious. The variety of flavors offered was impressive and I had a hard time choosing just one. I ended up trying the chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin and both were equally amazing.
The ordering process was a breeze and the customer service was top notch. I had a question about my order and the representative I spoke with was extremely helpful and polite.

Thank you so much for the amazing service I received from your company. I bought a gift tin to send to someone at their work address, but because of the pandemic, they weren't taking personal packages. So unfortunately, the gift tin was sent back to you. But I was so surprised and grateful when you went ahead and made a new batch and sent it to their home at no extra charge. Your attention to detail and customer satisfaction really make your company stand out. I can't thank you enough for making sure the gift got to where it needed to go.
5 pound cookie tin
Last year, I got this massive cookie tin from this place and let me tell ya, it was awesome! It arrived super quick and even though a few of the cookies were crumbled, they were still delicious. You could definitely tell they were made with top-notch ingredients and love. I'm definitely gonna give their Jumbo cookies and rugelach a shot next because I've heard great things about them. It's kinda wild that more folks haven't left reviews here 'cause this place is legit. I'm one satisfied customer, that's for sure!
Raw cookie dough purchase
I got some cookie dough from this place and it was supposed to come with dry ice to keep it cool. But nope, just got a goofy gel pack instead. It didn't keep it cold for long, my dough was warm by the time it got to me. That's no good, could make someone sick with raw eggs and all.
Gluten-free brownies and chocolate chip cookies
The gluten-free brownies and chocolate chip cookies I got from this place were so good! They showed up right on time and were nice and moist. I've had a lot of gluten-free snacks before, but none have compared to how tasty and perfect these treats were. I'm definitely going to order more next time!
Birthday gift cookies
The cookies I got as a gift were really dry and crumbly. I was hoping for some yummy, chewy cookies, but boy was I let down. They were so dry that even a glass of milk wouldn't have fixed them! It was awkward when the person who gave them to me asked if I enjoyed them, because honestly, I didn't. I definitely wouldn't buy these for myself, no chance!

I just got these cookies as a birthday present and let me tell you, they were so dang good. They were all soft and rich, just the perfect little sweet. I don't know how much they cost 'cause they were a gift, but man, they were top-notch. I'd for sure think about buying more in the future.

I ordered these cookies for my cousin's birthday and I was so pumped to surprise her with some tasty treats. But, you know, the delivery date came and went and no cookies! I did try contacting the company a bunch of times, but they had no answers for me. It's been 5 days already and still no cookies. Ugh, such a letdown. I wouldn't bother with this company, their service is seriously the worst.
Broken oversized chocolate chip cookies, Christmas gifts
I bought a bunch of those big chocolate chip cookie tins to give as Christmas presents. But, when I opened one for myself, all the cookies were smashed into pieces. I talked to my friends who got the same cookies and they had the same problem. It's such a bummer that there wasn't anything we could do except take them back to the store. So, I'm not buying these cookies again.
Cookies for Christmas
I received some cookies as a Christmas gift and they were packed in this metal box. I was waiting to have them but when I eventually checked the bottom, it said to either eat them or freeze them. By then, they were already stale! Such a bad spot for that warning. I had no choice but to toss them out. It's a shame! All that money spent on cookies that went bad.
Tin of cookies
I bought a tin of cookies from this place recently, and man, was I let down. When I opened the tin, almost all the cookies were crushed up except for three. I mean, seriously? These cookies were not cheap, so getting them in a crumbly mess was totally not cool. Good thing I wasn't planning on giving them as a gift, that would've been so embarrassing. After this happened, I've decided I won't be ordering from this company again and I'll definitely be telling my family and friends about my bad experience.

I got some cookies from here and they were really bad, like super terrible. I definitely won't be spending my money here again. You can find much better cookies at the grocery store, like ShopRite or somewhere else. These cookies were such a letdown that I had to leave this review to let others know. Trust me, don't bother. Just go to the store for way better cookies.
Layered dessert purchase
I bought this fancy layered dessert online for a big event, but man, was I let down by the shipping and delivery. They got the label made quick, but then the dessert just took forever to get to my door. It sat in some warehouse for like a week before they even sent it out. By the time it got to me, that dessert was a goner - all spoiled and definitely not fit to eat. So my plans for the special occasion were totally wrecked, and I had nothing to offer my guests. The box had dry ice in it, but by the time the package got to me, that dry ice was long gone and the dessert was ruined. All in all, I was super unhappy with the service and how messed up the dessert was when it finally showed up.
Cookies
I bought some cookies from the store the other day and gotta say, I was pretty let down. They were way too sweet and had a weird texture that just wasn't what I was looking for. I was thinking of getting them as gifts for some folks, but now I'm definitely not gonna go back for more. Even if there's some sales going on, the cookies were just not worth the price because of how they tasted.
