I just bought some bubble tea stuff from this store and I gotta say, I was super impressed with the quality and all the different products they have. They've got everything you need, from boba pearls to tea leaves, to whip up your own tasty bubble tea at home. The website was easy to use and ordering was a breeze. The customer service peeps were super helpful and knew their stuff, they helped me find exactly what I was after. My order came quickly and everything was in perfect shape. I gotta be honest, I was not happy with my recent visit to this store. The whole ordering thing was a mess - the website was hard to use and it took forever to check out. The service in the store wasn't great either, the employees seemed like they didn't care and weren't helpful. And the prices were insane, I felt like I was getting ripped off for bubble tea supplies. And don't even get me started on the delivery, it took forever and some of the cups were damaged when they finally got here. All in all, I was pretty let down by my experience at that store.
