Ticket purchase for Taylor Swift concert
I just got two tickets for a Taylor Swift concert about a week before the show. Even though I was a little unsure at first because of some bad reviews, the whole ticket-buying process ended up being super easy and problem-free. The tickets were moved over to my See Tickets wallet like they said they would, and when I got to the concert, they were accepted without any problems. All in all, I really think this service is great and I had a really good time getting my tickets.

Booking issue
This website is a disaster! I was trying to cancel my old booking and somehow ended up canceling the new one instead. So now I had to book the room again and ended up paying twice. And now I'm afraid to cancel the old booking because I don't want the same thing to happen. The customer service has been no help at all and this whole thing has been a nightmare.

Cancelled service
I canceled my service but they still went ahead and charged my credit card, it's just so frustrating! And when I tried to get my money back, they didn't want to help me at all. Ugh, it's just so annoying!

Espresso machine
My experience with the online store has been pretty disappointing. I've been waiting for my espresso machine for almost two whole months, and there's still no word on when it's going to be shipped. It's frustrating not knowing what's going on with my order, and the customer service folks haven't been much help at all in giving me any real answers. Every time I try to get an update, I either get stuck waiting on hold forever or hear that they can't help me right now. They said they would send follow-up emails, but I haven't gotten any, so I have no idea when I'll actually get my purchase.
