Cashmere sweater
I just bought a cashmere sweater from this company. Unfortunately, I had some problems with the delivery and customer service. They sent me an email saying my package was delivered, but I couldn't track it. I tried to contact customer service, but didn't hear back. They didn't offer a replacement, refund, or any other solution to the issue.

Prescription order
Ordering my prescription was really easy. I just followed the instructions on the website and then a doctor got in touch with me right away to talk about what I needed. The doctor sent over a prescription quickly, and I got my order in just a few weeks. Taking the prescription hasn't been a hassle at all, and I like how I can handle my healthcare stuff online. I haven't been using the product for long, so I can't say if it's working for me just yet.

Booking issue
This website is a disaster! I was trying to cancel my old booking and somehow ended up canceling the new one instead. So now I had to book the room again and ended up paying twice. And now I'm afraid to cancel the old booking because I don't want the same thing to happen. The customer service has been no help at all and this whole thing has been a nightmare.

I just bought my daughter a gift at this store and I gotta say, the service was top-notch. The lady who helped us really went out of her way to find the perfect thing. Now my daughter's obsessed with the store and wants to wear their stuff all the time, despite only being 10!

Cancelled service
I canceled my service but they still went ahead and charged my credit card, it's just so frustrating! And when I tried to get my money back, they didn't want to help me at all. Ugh, it's just so annoying!

Espresso machine
My experience with the online store has been pretty disappointing. I've been waiting for my espresso machine for almost two whole months, and there's still no word on when it's going to be shipped. It's frustrating not knowing what's going on with my order, and the customer service folks haven't been much help at all in giving me any real answers. Every time I try to get an update, I either get stuck waiting on hold forever or hear that they can't help me right now. They said they would send follow-up emails, but I haven't gotten any, so I have no idea when I'll actually get my purchase.
