High-quality suits, expensive shipping, final purchase
I just bought my last suit from this company. I've always loved their high-quality suits, but I was bummed to learn that they don't ship from Canada anymore. Now I had to pay a ton for UPS shipping, which nearly tripled the cost of the suit. It's a bummer, but I won't be buying from them again because of these unexpected expenses.
Suit for a wedding
I recently bought a suit for an upcoming wedding from this company, but it was a bit of a struggle. I needed the suit by a certain date, but when it showed up, the color was way off. I tried contacting them multiple times through email and phone, but got no response for weeks. In the end, I had to just order a replacement suit myself, which came quickly and was fine. I ended up having to dispute the charges with my credit card company to get a refund for the first suit. The lack of communication and customer service from this company was really a letdown.
Tight jacket, 14-day return policy
I went to get the perfect size for a jacket through the fitting service, but it was way too tight. When I got back from vacation and tried to return it, turns out I was already past the 14-day return window (from the order date). The material seemed decent for the price, but the whole experience was definitely disappointing.
International shipping disaster
I can't believe I wasted my money on these suits! The quality is terrible, the sizing is all wrong, and I've never seen such badly made suits in my life. And on top of that, the international shipping costs were crazy high. I really wish I never bought anything from this place.
Suit exchange for correct size
My experience trying to exchange a suit for the right size was a real letdown. The suit just wasn't up to par in terms of quality, and when I tried to swap it out, the customer service was seriously lacking. They didn't really help at all in solving the problem, and it left me feeling pretty frustrated and dissatisfied with my purchase.
Suit purchase for wedding
My experience with this company was really disappointing. The suit was okay, but the customer service was just terrible. I did everything they asked for - followed all the measuring instructions, sent in the video they wanted - and still got no response. When I finally reached out after a week, their reply was so rude and unprofessional. I had to make a quick decision because they weren't communicating with me, which ended up costing me more money for another suit and alterations. Their lack of response really messed up my plans, especially since it was for a wedding. It's just not right that they never answered my questions or emails, and didn't even bother picking up the phone. That's just not how you should run a business.
