Suit purchase - Unresolved issues with poor quality materials
I've had a bad experience with this brand. Their customer service isn't great, they tend to blame the customer instead of fixing problems with their products. The quality of materials is low, mostly polyester, which is a letdown for the price. Plus, the suit is delicate and falls apart easily when ironed. I'd warn others to think twice before buying from this brand.
Tuxedo purchase, delayed delivery, poor customer service
The tuxedo I got from this company took so long to get to me, which was a bummer. And then when it finally arrived, it didn't fit right, so I asked them to exchange it for a different size. But they said no because it was past their two-week return policy, which I didn't even know about when I bought it. So now I'm stuck with a tuxedo that doesn't fit and I can't do anything about it. The customer service team wasn't very helpful or understanding at all, which was super frustrating. I've never had such bad customer service before. High-quality suits, expensive shipping, final purchase
I just bought my last suit from this company. I've always loved their high-quality suits, but I was bummed to learn that they don't ship from Canada anymore. Now I had to pay a ton for UPS shipping, which nearly tripled the cost of the suit. It's a bummer, but I won't be buying from them again because of these unexpected expenses.

I can't believe how short the return policy is here. I mean, only 14 days to return a suit? Seriously? And to top it off, they start counting the days from the moment you buy it, so with the shipping time, it's like they want you to miss the deadline. And it's so annoying trying to figure out how to return it - no clear instructions, just a vague message to email them.
