Replacement bracelet purchase
I just have to say, the customer service I got was absolutely amazing! I was having trouble with my bracelet and Lea seriously came to the rescue in record time. Not only was she super nice, but she also went above and beyond to help me find a solution. Lea even sent me a new bracelet that same day, before I could even return the original one. The packaging was so pretty, and the added touch of a card with a special message was really thoughtful. My daughter was so excited with the unexpected gift. The jewelry designs are so delicate, gorgeous, and unlike anything else out there, plus they're a great deal compared to those fancy, overpriced stores. I'm definitely going to keep coming back as a loyal customer!
Earrings replacement
I just wanted to share my recent experience with this company's amazing customer service when I needed help with a defective pair of earrings. I bought a pair of earrings online recently and had a really good experience. The earrings were beautiful, but sadly they were defective. Super fast replacement
I had to reach out to the folks at this store because I really wanted this item that was sold out. And you know what? They were super quick in taking care of it! The customer service was amazing, they managed to track down the item I was looking for and sent it to me right away. I have to say, these guys are impressive!
Jewelry purchase
I bought some jewelry like earrings and necklaces from this store not too long ago. The designs are seriously gorgeous and catch your eye right away. But man, the prices are pretty steep considering the quality. I've had this jewelry for a couple of years now. The necklaces have held up fine since I don't wear them that often, but the earrings, especially the studs I wear every day, have tarnished super fast. It's a bummer because I was hoping they'd last longer.

Ania Haie is really good for all those things they have the good price too however there are some other things i like to explore like handcraft sections
