Antonioli has always been my go-to for shopping because they consistently give me great experiences. Their prices are competitive, and those coupon codes are always a nice bonus. My recent purchases, like a hoodie, sneakers, and boots, all went smoothly. But what really impressed me was the support I got after I had an issue with a product detail. The Antonioli team, especially Viviana, really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I appreciated all the back and forth emails and the refund they offered. I'm super happy with my experiences at Antonioli and will definitely be back for more shopping soon.
Online purchase experience
I highly recommend not using this company for online shopping. Even though their prices are low, they use DHL for international shipping, and that can be a huge hassle for customers. Unlike other companies, they don't let you redirect your packages to secure pickup locations, which means you have to be home all day for deliveries. This lack of flexibility is not okay and shows that they don't really care about making things convenient for customers. Nowadays, people are busy and the company should be doing everything they can to make things easier for us. Unfortunately, this company falls short in that area.
Luxe jacket purchase
I just treated myself to a fancy jacket and thought I'd check out this place. And let me tell you, it did not disappoint. They had a really impressive selection and I found exactly what I wanted. The staff was helpful, although they seemed a little surprised that I was interested in something so pricey. But once they saw I was serious, they were super quick to help me out. The delivery was fast and the packaging was top-notch. All in all, it was a great experience.
Hoodie for my son's birthday
I just bought a hoodie for my son's birthday from this store. I was a bit worried that it wouldn't get here in time because I ordered it on a Sunday and needed it by the following Friday. I emailed customer service to explain my situation, and they got back to me right away. They said they would try their best to deliver on time, but couldn't make any promises. I was happy with how quick and clear they were in their response. I kept an eye on the package through DHL after it was sent out on Thursday, and I was over the moon when it arrived yesterday, just in time for my son's birthday. I'm really pleased with the service I received and wouldn't think twice about recommending this store to others.

On every visit to the website I marked one shoulder bag but never booked Reason premium cost But a day came when decided to booked this bag It's hundred percent leather Acne studios shoulder bag Made in Italy I have good collections of Italian leather jackets and boots Finishing is best Features are very common but look wise I couldn't reject it even a high pricing
Finally delivered last day ,great packing and time of delivery as promised
