I recently got a really awesome hoodie from this place. I called to ask about the size and the guy on the phone was really nice. I even asked if he spoke English, and he did! I placed my order and it arrived really fast. I'm really pleased with my purchase!
Quality issue resolution
I had an issue with something I bought from the store and reached out to customer service by email for help. I was happy with how fast and well they handled it. They got in touch with the brand rep right away and made sure my problem was taken care of quickly. This whole situation made me trust the store even more, knowing they're committed to giving great customer service and making sure everyone can shop for brand-name clothes without worry.
Fake goods
My experience with this company was horrible. I thought I was getting top-of-the-line designer sneakers, but what I got was a cheap imitation. Then, to make matters worse, when I tried to return the fake shoes, I was slammed with high fees from DHL and the company. It felt like I was being robbed in broad daylight, and I felt cheated and let down. I would tell anyone thinking of buying from this company to be careful and ready to possibly throw away their money on low-quality items.
First-time purchase, bags
This was my first time shopping at Antonioli and let me tell you, it was really great. I ordered on a Wednesday and got my stuff by Friday. The bags I got were just like the description and packed well. Even though I was worried because of bad reviews, I was impressed with the service. The customer support team responded to my emails super quickly and helped me out a lot. I'm so happy with how everything turned out and I'm definitely going to shop here again.

Antonioli has always been my go-to for shopping because they consistently give me great experiences. Their prices are competitive, and those coupon codes are always a nice bonus. Online purchase experience
I highly recommend not using this company for online shopping. Even though their prices are low, they use DHL for international shipping, and that can be a huge hassle for customers. Unlike other companies, they don't let you redirect your packages to secure pickup locations, which means you have to be home all day for deliveries. This lack of flexibility is not okay and shows that they don't really care about making things convenient for customers. Nowadays, people are busy and the company should be doing everything they can to make things easier for us. Unfortunately, this company falls short in that area.
Luxe jacket purchase
I just treated myself to a fancy jacket and thought I'd check out this place. And let me tell you, it did not disappoint. They had a really impressive selection and I found exactly what I wanted. The staff was helpful, although they seemed a little surprised that I was interested in something so pricey. But once they saw I was serious, they were super quick to help me out. The delivery was fast and the packaging was top-notch. All in all, it was a great experience.
Hoodie for my son's birthday
I just bought a hoodie for my son's birthday from this store. I was a bit worried that it wouldn't get here in time because I ordered it on a Sunday and needed it by the following Friday. I emailed customer service to explain my situation, and they got back to me right away. They said they would try their best to deliver on time, but couldn't make any promises. I was happy with how quick and clear they were in their response. I kept an eye on the package through DHL after it was sent out on Thursday, and I was over the moon when it arrived yesterday, just in time for my son's birthday. I'm really pleased with the service I received and wouldn't think twice about recommending this store to others.
