Custom jewelry purchase
While I was on the hunt for some unique jewelry, I checked out a bunch of different websites, but let me tell you, none of them could touch the customization options this company had. Being able to make my own personalized jewelry and ask questions as a customer was really cool. And the jewelry itself? It was even better than I thought it would be. The customer service was top-notch too. They answered all my questions and addressed my concerns super quickly and professionally. I definitely suggest checking out this company if you're thinking about buying custom jewelry. Trust me, you won't regret it.
Best Cuban link hands down
I just received my cuban link few days ago! This is really the best cuban i have seen in my life. My uncle is a jeweler in Los Angeles and I compared the cubans, to my surprise Aporro's Cuban link was way better. The weight, the stone settings and colors. Not to mentioned Aporro's clasps was fully iced out. when my uncles products was very plain on the clasp. The way that the stone shine is incredible!
Cross pendant purchase
This was my first time ordering a pendant from this company. I had my eye on a cross pendant for a while since I wanted something to show my faith and add a classy touch to my look. I was happy to see that the pendant was even better than I expected in terms of quality and design. The little details really stood out, and I got a lot of compliments from my friends and family.
Chain necklace purchase
The chain necklace I bought was so nice, I was really loving it at first. The design was super stylish and exactly what I wanted. But, after only a week of wearing it, one of the stones fell out from the top, which was a real bummer. Not sure if it can be fixed, but other than that, shipping was quick and customer service was great about helping me out with my worries.
Moissanite cluster stud mismatch
I just got a new moissanite cluster stud to go with one I got for free before. The new one turned out slightly smaller than the one I already had. I ordered a 7MM but got a 7.7MM instead. Luckily, Sarah from customer service was really helpful and walked me through the exchange. I finally got my right earring today, so big thanks!

Custom chain purchase
I just bought a custom chain from this company, and let me tell you, I am super impressed with how high-quality it is. The chain still looks brand new, even after getting wet or sweaty. I've been a loyal customer ever since because their products are seriously amazing. I usually don't write reviews, but their jewelry is so good that I had to spread the word.

Great customer service, custom pendant was done asap.
Dragon earrings. Costume medusa pendant. Wrong dragon chain. And 18" tennis chain.
So when all the pieces got here they look phenomenal i love them all especially the medusa pendant. However it did take over 2 months to show up. Well half did. I ordered 4 items an at first only received 2. They did not tell me only 2 out of 4 was shipped. When I asked they told me they need to restock one of my items. They did email back every morning to answer my questions. So I can't complain to mutch. I will say the peices I got look better the the pictures
WONG Double Dragon Miami Cuban Chain
The website looked fine at first and the pricing looked great to me because I needed something quick for my graduation, I made an overnight shipping order on Thursday morning and its Monday now and from Friday to Sunday afternoon I received 0 status updates, no message saying a problem happened , nothing to say it arrived, no offers of refund,nothing! I had to hunt down a response from the company via spamming and threats to sue. Now I'm being told to wait 2-3 weeks for 150 bucks......I finally got ahold of someone so that's good.

Made a purchase which absolutely way to long cause the website kept glitchin out. They don't have the products to get mine started, and keep telling me it will arrive when it arrives. Never recieved any order confirmation, and no updates on anything while I'm waiting!! Will most likely be canceling my order as it seems to be a joke and no professionalism. Honestly feel like the website is very scamy! Themat or its super unorganized and professional.
Solid gold rope chain necklace.
I bought a supposed solid gold 14kt gold rope chain for 80 + dollars.When it arrived,nowhere on my entire necklace did it say 14kt.It must be plated which wares off.I was way overcharged for 80+ dollars for a gold-plated necklace.
No offense but if you were expecting to get real gold for 80 dollars then you’re just fooling yourself
