Special promotion shoes
I recently bought a sweet pair of shoes from this company that I've been supporting for a while now. Their kicks have always impressed me, but this time I was let down. The shoes I got were a totally different color than what I saw on their site, and it didn't go with anything I own. The promo said no refunds, but I thought I could at least swap them out for a different color. When I contacted customer service, they said I could only trade for a different size in the same color. That lack of flexibility really bummed me out. I even checked the color on different screens to make sure I wasn't crazy. All in all, the whole thing left me feeling disappointed and frustrated.
Return issue
I had a bit of trouble returning my things for some reason, but the customer service team got back to me through email and now my credit is being processed. It took longer than I would've liked, but I'll wait and see until the credit actually hits my account before I fully update my review. I suppose things are going alright so far!
Shoes ordered last year
I recently ordered some shoes, but they got delivered to the wrong address. I tried emailing customer service for help, but I never heard back from them. It was really disappointing because I was really looking forward to getting those nice shoes.
Mismatched size shoes
I was pretty surprised when I got a package from the company with a pair of shoes that I thought I had already cancelled through email. They told me the cancellation was successful, but the shoes showed up anyways. I called my credit card company right away to challenge the charge. The company did send an apology email afterwards, but by then the shoes were already at my door. They were smaller than I thought they would be, so I'm gonna send them back.
Leather bag purchase
I just bought this really nice leather bag, but one of the zippers was acting up. Luckily, their customer service was amazing! They quickly sent me a replacement bag and said I could keep using the old one until the new one got here. Plus, the packaging was really high quality, and they made the return super easy with a pre-paid label. I was really impressed by how much they care about making customers happy.
Finally the shoes goes perfect with my dress!
I have been finding something strikingly resonating with my personality and dressing sense.. scandles.. some of them are too much of the wear. shoes too much formal and overbering.. recently I came to know about Aqualia, they have such weatherproof, waterproof... dress shoes.. and quality is excepetional.trust me I am saying when i got one.. these are really comfortable which is my highest priority.. I do not much care about the cost unless it is too much expensive.. comfort and style is the goal.
they have such variety to explore.. goes quite well with adifferent kind of dresses. Great for night out, parties, traveling.. that's what makes it reallly good..Awesome sneakers
I bought the sneakers from Forest and it was bit in brown color. I love the shade too much so i decided to go with it . Well, i made the purchase and the delivery was on time. So after using it for one month, i think i am eligible enough to comment on that. , The quality of the sneakers is really awesome , I am wearing it on alternative days and so far i have no issue with comfort. its really good if you are planning to wear it for a long day. the sneakers is not too tight or something, so overall its fine. Well apart from the overall appearance, the sneakers is also good for parties or something like that, Its gives cool vibe which is really awsome
