Mediocre purchase
My experience with this website was just average. The products weren't anything to write home about and the site overall was pretty run-of-the-mill. Navigation was alright, nothing too special. The checkout process was just okay, not terrible but not fantastic either. All in all, my experience with this website was pretty blah.

Durable bag, warranty issue
I just bought a bag from this company that was supposed to be super tough, but I ran into a problem with their warranty. I was bummed when they didn't want to honor it even though my bag was clearly showing wear and tear. All they gave me was a little discount code. Compared to my experience with Chrome, who did honor their warranty after 14 years, this company's customer service just didn't measure up.

Mismatched size shoes
I was pretty surprised when I got a package from the company with a pair of shoes that I thought I had already cancelled through email. They told me the cancellation was successful, but the shoes showed up anyways. I called my credit card company right away to challenge the charge. The company did send an apology email afterwards, but by then the shoes were already at my door. They were smaller than I thought they would be, so I'm gonna send them back.

Lifetime warranty replacement process
I recently had to use the lifetime warranty replacement process for my protective cover. The whole thing went pretty smoothly and the new cover got to me fast. Only thing is, I forgot to include the original receipt and send back the old cover, which led to me getting charged the full price upfront. Luckily, I contacted the company and they fixed it right away once I explained what happened. The customer service was really great, they made sure I was happy and even offered to help me find the receipt and old cover. I've learned my lesson and will be more prepared for future replacements. The cost for the replacement cover was low and they stuck to their word, showing they really care about customer satisfaction.

I just bought a signed shirt from this store and I gotta say, I was really impressed with their prices and the extra discount I got. But hey, if you're shipping to Europe, just a heads up about possible customs fees. Even with that little hiccup, I was pretty happy with how quickly I got my shirt - took just a little over a week, clearance and all. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase and definitely thinking about snagging more signed stuff from this store down the line.

While I've had good experiences with some of the stuff I've bought, my most recent order placed back in April still hasn't been sent out. They took my money right when I ordered, but I haven't gotten the item yet. The prices are pretty steep for the kind of service I'm getting.
